Acer Swift 3 laptop 2022 review

Acer Swift 3 laptop

The latest Acer Swift 3 (2020), an excellent ultrabook for the masses which has made better thanks to its accessible price, thin and lightweight design, and pretty decent battery life. The Acer Swift 3 (2020) can exceed expectations for a budget laptop. Cheaper laptops don’t usually come with big expectations, but the Swift line can prove once again that a portable doesn’t have to have a lofty price tag to be competent enough to impress. The Acer Swift 3 (2020) is now a trending epitome of budget laptops. This 2020 update inherited some of the previous models’ flaws, such as the tinny, downward-facing speakers. The Swift 3 is featuring  a 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display that isn’t the crispest on the market, but which can be more than enough for most purposes. Several hours of HD streaming movies have looked excellent bright enough in all but the most direct sunlight. It is a Slim, lightweight and stylish laptop, the Swift 3 is one of the ideal laptop for working on the move. The latest Intel® CPU and long battery life are been housed inside a choice of displays: an elegantly silver chassis with a 13.5” 3:2 ratio 2256×1504 IPS VertiView Display or the vivid colors of a 14” 16:9 FHD IPS display

Acer has continued its minimalist design aesthetic with this year’s Acer Swift 3. Definitely, it took a cue from the Apple MacBook Air, the thin, lightweight aluminum chassis feels familiar to anyone who has acquainted with earlier Acer Swift 3 models. The matte-silver finish with polished Acer logo on the back is about being as flashy as the laptop gets, and for some that can be exactly what they’re looking for.

The Swift 3 is been measured in at 12.6 x 8.5 x 0.6 inches and weighs 2.7 pounds, that makes the device incredibly portable without feeling flimsy.

It has the island-style keyboard that is featuring  responsive, chicklet keys and a Windows Hello-enabled fingerprint scanner. The trackpad is built in  a good size and can respond well during everyday, general use. It also has handled itself pretty well in a few PC gaming sessions of Stellaris and Civilization VI, but anything more than that can need a separate mouse or gamepad.

Battery life:

The biggest improvement we  have seen over last year’s Acer Swift 3 has come in the battery department. Our battery life test, where we can loop a 1080p video, ran for 7 hours and 6 minutes, about the same as older models of the Swift 3, but on the PC Mark 10 battery test, the Swift 3 has run for 6 hours and 12 minutes on performance mode with a balanced power profile and has been made it a full eight hours on a modest battery saver mode and balanced power profile. As far as thermal performance, the Swift 3 is running comfortably and never can get noticeably warm, even under duress, and the laptop’s fans are effective and whisper-quiet while actively cooling everything.

Lightweight and Thin laptop:

Weight really isn’t an issue but the fact is it is a thin and light notebook. Thanks to its aluminum and magnesium-aluminum metal chassis, it weighs as little as 1.19kg5 and be as thin as 15.95mm.

Provides Clearer and Brighter Vision:

You can Watch more on-less With the two narrow bezels and an impressive screen-to-body ratio, you can get to see more of the 13.5” 3:2 2256×1504 IPS VertiView Display or 14” 16:9 FHD IPS screen5. The addition of Acer Color Intelligence™ and ExaColor™ can provide enhanced color contrast.

Smart Access:

The Swift 3 can be accessed even faster and more securely you don’t even have to use a password with Embedded Fingerprint Reader. An embedded fingerprint reader is a quick and secure way for Windows Hello that verifies your identity without a password. Thanks to Cortana it can also be used as a smart assistant to answer a wide range of questions.

It has a full range of connectivity options that includes full function USB-C™, Thunderbolt 4 the Swift 3 can be capable of quickly connecting too many state-of-the-art devices. And, to be sure you can connect to legacy devices it also comes with USB 3.2 Gen 2 and a display port.

Modern laptop users is demanding plenty of storage for audio and video files and plenty of memory to play them efficiently. This Swift 3 has come with a maximum of 1TB PCIe Gen 3×4 SSD, and up to 16GB LPDDR4X RAM.

Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? Many thanks
